This product is great..i just got it yesterday and can't put it down... To the person a few reviews ago that was giving it a bad rap about the filming in the evenings. One question. Where in the world were you filming in the dark basement??? I just took a set of beautiful film last night of the city of Pittsburgh on 7th and Penn ave.and by far was everything i wanted outta this camera. There was not much glair from the lights and all the people, cars, and buildings were very clear on my t.v. when i pluged it in today...the only problem i had was When i pluged my flip ultra into my usb port and started everything up. It stated that there was a new vesion of the program ready for download. Now just like everyone else you want the newest products that they have to offer. So i went for it. They told me online that i had to delete the other program from the camera so the new one can fit. So i did and it all froze. Going over the website www.theflip.com. Over and over again trying to find a download. I ended up calling California to the manufactors to get the info from them. Noone answered aand i left a message. Suprisingly my message was returned shortly after. i give this product 4 stars due to the complication with my PC but that could have been my PC's fault not the product. But the responce from the company so quickly turned my frown upsidedown.....dab
